RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns those meet the following requirements; if not, will return to customer:

Goods have be returned by customer number, invoice number - date. We need copy of the invoice. it is very helpful.

Goods have to be returned within 10 days of receipt.

Items must be safely packed in original box. We do not accept goods damaged. We will automatically reject any returns received in regular envelopes. Returns will not be accepted if they are sent to us again in different packaging.

Goods have be in original condition. Used goods will never accepted. Beads must be sorted and identified. We will accept mixed bags of stock.

We do not charge processing fee on returns those these terms.

Customers pays return shipping charges.

Some items may not be returned. These items have notations.

OVERSEAS - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS from TURKEY to your country may applied custom clearance duties and taxes by your government. Customer is the importer of record responsible for any regulatory compliance for items and shipments imported into theirs countries.

DUTIES & TAXES - All international customers are responsible for the importing duties, VAT, brokerage and taxes in their countries. We recommend that customers consult with courries or a local customs broker placing your order.

CREDIT CARDS - We accept payment Visa & Master Card payments.

BANK TRANSFERS - We accept payment via bank account wire transfer.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please inform your bank officer to write on Transfer Order at 71-A Details of Charges Column;  OUR !

This is curial to arrive us exact amount of your wire transfer. Sometimes arrives 12 - 42 Euro less than wire amount.

We will keep the difference as DEBT for your next purchase!
